well, I'll be danged

NSFW WARNING: This post features the return of Gameblog fan-favorite The Minotaur's Weiner.

Remember last week when I was trying to figure out what the heck this thing was?

That's a reproduction of ancient Greek art appearing in chapter 1 of Joseph Campbell's The Hero With A Thousand Faces. I finished the book yesterday. Guess what I found in a later chapter?

Perseus goes to the same haberdasher as the Minotaur.  Small world.

  1. He obviously pillaged his jaunty cap!

  2. If an inn called The Minotaur's Weiner doesn't appear in one of your upcoming games, you will have betrayed us all, Jeff.

  3. Wearing nothing but a hat. Classy move, Minotaur.

  4. I agree with Welleran. Theseus killed the minotaur and took his stuff. Pity it was a Cursed Cap On Unintentional Patricide, but them's the breaks...

Let's all take a deep breath this time and not let this become the next OSR controversy.

In my Mazes & Minotaurs game all minotaurs have covered weiners. But then my M&M game is more Pegana than Ancient Greece.

  7. Naked with hat is odd, but naked with socks would force some kind of saving throw.
